Turn-key delivery of a heavy duty 8,000 hrs/yr (and- 46°C - + 37°C) operating incinerator for 12,500 Nm3/h heavily polluted off-gas from a butyl rubber production plant, containing up to 850 Kg/h of methyl chloride, and 3,500 ton/yr liquid waste.
The incinerator's flue gas cleaning system is built with large use of Hastelloy C.
Full automation is accomplished through PLC and proprietary software which fit to the production plant DCS net
